Por volta das 6h, foi registrado o que pode ser uma tentativa de tomada de assalto de um terceiro ônibus, desta vez um transporte escolar,  no Centro de Santana do Paraíso, onde uma pessoa tentou embarcar. O motorista não parou, pois o carro é exclusivo para escolares. Em retaliação, duas pedras foram lançadas em direção ao coletivo, que teve alguns vidros danificados. A Polícia Militar ainda apura se essa ação tem ligação com os outros ataques. Como medida preventiva, algumas linhas que passam por áreas de risco não funcionam nessas primeiras horas da manhã de sexta-feira.

Around 6am, what may be an attempted armed takeover of a third bus was recorded in downtown Santana de Paraiso. An adult tried to get into the bus, which was a school transport vehicle, but the driver did not stop as the car is only used for school children. In retaliation, two stones were launched in the direction of the vehicle, which resulted in some window damage. The Military Police still wonder if this action is connected with the other attacks. As a preventative measure, a few of the bus lines that pass through dangerous areas will not be operating this Friday in the early morning hours.

Desta vez, o assassinato ocorreu no bairro Esperança, na noite de anteontem (4).
********, de 20 anos, estava em um carrinho de hambúrguer na avenida Crisântemo, quando um carro se aproximou da vítima. Ocupantes do veículo dispararam vários tiros contra o jovem. Mesmo ferido, John Wesley correu em direção à avenida Esperança, mas não resistiu e caiu morto em frente ao supermercado Santa Helena. Não satisfeitos, os bandidos efetuaram mais disparos contra o jovem e depois passaram com o carro em cima do corpo da vítima.
A equipe do SAMU chegou ao local, mas apenas constatou o óbito do jovem.

This time, the murder took place in the district of Esperanca, on the evening of the previous day (4). ********, age 20, was at a hamburger kiosk on Chrysanthemum Avenue when a car approached him.
The vehicle occupants fired several shots at the young man. Even though wounded, John Wesley ran toward Esperanca Avenue, but did not resist his wounds and fell dead in front of Santa Helena supermarket. Still not satisfied, the bandits fired more shots at the young man and then drove over the body of the victim with their car. The ambulance team reached the scene, but only to confirm the young man’s death.

Dito isto, a senhora desapareceu da minha visão.Esta imagem perturbadora deixou-me mais aflito e cheio de dúvidas. Quais desafios eu teria de vencer? Quais etapas estes desafios consistiam? O topo da montanha era realmente um lugar esplendoroso e tranqüilo. Do alto, podia avistar-se toda a pequena aglomeração de casas do Mimoso. Ele representa um planalto cheio de íngremes caminhos e repletos de vegetação por todos os lados. Este local sagrado, intocado da natureza, me ajudaria realmente a realizar meus planos? Tornar-me-ia escritor ao sair dele? Só o tempo poderia responder essas indagações. Diante da demora da senhora, puz-me a meditar no topo da montanha. Utilizei-me da seguinte técnica:
Primeiramente, deixo a mente limpa (livre de quaisquer pensamentos). Começo a entrar em sintonia com a natureza em redor, contemplando todo o local mentalmente.

This disturbing image left me more distressed and full of doubts. What challenges would I have to win? What steps did these challenges consist of? The top of the mountain was really a very splendid and calm place. From up high, one could see the small agglomeration of houses in Mimoso. It is a plateau filled with steep paths full of vegetation on all sides. This sacred place, untouched by nature, would it really accomplish my plans? Would it make me a writer upon my departure? Only time could answer these questions. Since the woman was taking a while, I began to meditate at the top of the mountain. I used the following technique:
First, I clear my mind (free of any thoughts). I begin to come into harmony with nature around me, mentally contemplating the entire place.
